THE POSITION
This is a new, pivotal, role in the company. You will form part of the senior management team, and take part in Board level meetings on the strategic direction and management of the business. You will be a team player, willing to foster, support and mentor the development of our staff. You will also have the experience to be able to lead and manage our staff and consulting teams effectively. You will report to the Managing Director and will be based in our offices in Bristol.
