British Airways is looking for a Digital Innovation Marketing Manager to create, develop and market valuable and differentiating creative technology services and experiences and lead the development of its social media strategy globally.
As well as managing the delivery of digital engagement plans across all brand campaigns, you'll work with brand comms and asset colleagues to deliver exceptional digital content. We'll also look to you to manage our social media enterprise in line with brand engagement and revenue targets, as well as identify and negotiate marketing opportunities with potential technology partners. And, all the while, you'll be the recognised digital thought leader across BA, challenging convention when necessary and delivering digital solutions that underline your expertise.
Commercially astute and self-directed, your experience to date embraces the full marketing mix. You're also used to leading cross-functional projects, including planning, budgeting and analysis. As comfortable liaising with agencies as you are managing and motivating a team, your strong creativity is complemented by an innate ability to translate a vision into a strategy using your flair for deriving insight from a variety of sources and synthesising them to set clear direction. What's more, you're adept at credibly selling in concepts at a senior level and effortlessly balancing the needs of all involved to deliver communications plans that hit the mark, every time.
