Job Description
Owning the development and production of commercial marketing routes to market, you'll help to create the global voice of a prestigious international brand.
Developing through the line marketing assets that appeal to British Airways customers globally, you'll take your steer from the global marketing plan. These assets could range from press marketing to online banners, as long as they are driven by the commercial needs to the business.
You'll work closely with regional marketing and campaign managers to understand their needs and agree appropriate positioning and local nuances.
Your talent for adding regional flavours to globally relevant solutions - all from a single brief - is what will really set you apart.
You'll develop the brief, gain sign-off and project manage development through production.
With a passion for creative solutions and a keen interest in understanding the audience, you'll make use of a wide range of marketing techniques.
Along the way, you'll manage agencies to deliver your briefs and constantly challenge and monitor them to deliver. While also ensuring a review of production techniques and manage the commercial asset budget - ensuring great results and value for money.
To be equal to the challenge, you'll need strong credentials. You'll have experience of through the line marketing campaign development and selling techniques in a marketing based environment.
Agency management experience is also crucial. Your knowledge spans diverse types of marketing and promotional activity, both on and offline media, and creative application in a commercial environment.
Digital media knowledge and experience will be a significant advantage, but is not essential.
Great collaboration and influencing skills are a must to make sure the marketing assets have the buy in from the regional markets.
