The role

As we implement our strategy, People First we need to ensure that we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right place. Our employees and our volunteers are our most important asset and we have an exciting opportunity within the recently formed International People Group for a Global Recruitment Advisor.

This role forms an integral part of the Global Resoucing Team, focussing on all VSO’s Global employee recruitment needs. You will provide comprehensive best practice recruitment advice, creative attraction strategies, including the use of social media, together with guidance and coaching to all business areas in the organisation. You will work alongside hiring managers globally to understand their employee recruitment needs, ensuring the delivery of an effective, efficient and customer focused recruitment service and contributing to the delivery of business objectives. Providing accurate management information and analytics you will help shape VSO’s future recruitment strategy.

You

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience of managing recruitment across a global, complex organisation, developing and implementing successful recruitment campaign strategies. You will have proven success in building relationships at all levels, excellent communication skills and a customer focus that adds value to the recruitment process, working in a business partner capacity. Your experience using e-recruitment systems and providing monthly progress reports and management information, is essential.

Experience of implementing an e-recruitment system and working with business change would be advantageous.
