Oxfam is coordinated, supported and led by the International Secretariat based in Oxford, UK, with advocacy and campaigns offices in Washington DC, New York, Brussels, Geneva, Brasilia and Addis Ababa.
This is an exciting time for fundraising in Oxfam. Income growth is one of the key priorities in our new strategic plan, and for the first time we have a confederation fundraising strategy developed by an inter-affiliate Income Growth Group (IGG) that was established last year. With additional investments in fundraising we are able to build on existing good practice, and attract new income in new ways and from new sources.
Oxfam’s Confederation Development Team convenes others within the confederation to increase income and build Affiliate capacity.
