Background Information:
We are working in partnership with a health charity in West Sussex to
recruit a Fundraising Development Manager.
This is a significant role within the Fundraising Team and has high
targets, particularly for trust fundraising.
The role will require someone who is able to demonstrate experience of
raising large trust grants and donations, and writing credible cases for
support. The role also requires some
experience of major donor giving, including event management, and legacy
promotion with professional firms and legators.
The successful individual will demonstrate:

Three years fundraising experience,
particularly in trusts and/or major gifts
·
Experience of meeting significant
activity, business or income targets
·
Experience of wider marketing and
communication techniques
·
Excellent communication and
relationship building skills
·
Ability to present complex
proposals both in written and verbal format

laterally and with creativity about developing relationships which will
maximise long-term funding for the charity.
