A digital data-led agency in Woking, Surrey is looking for a Digital Project Manager to work on a wide variety of projects including surveys, focus groups and desk-based research with multiple objectives and requirements. This is a very exciting opportunity for a capable, experienced, and meticulous market research professional.
As part of the ambitious plans this agency are expanding their research capability to offer more of their clients a range of data-led services to help them to plan and implement improvements to their direct sourcing recruitment strategies and activities.
Salary: 27-32k
Role:
• The Digital Project Manager will create compelling and engaging online surveys and deliver data, valued insight and actionable recommendations to help clients attract and hire the best talent.
• You will gather survey audiences using many methods including re-contact lists, employee lists, online advertising and social media.
• Your experience will enable you to take responsibility for managing market research projects from start to completion successfully, providing regular, effective, client communication. You know how to assess risks and act upon them and how to delight the customer at every opportunity.
• Your numerical, research, analytical, and communication skills will be complemented by the essential quality of being able to relate survey results to the real-life business challenges encountered by our clients. The need for statistical analysis is limited but the need for interpreting results and delivering insight and actionable recommendations is essential.
• You will also work with colleagues in other parts of the business to drive the delivery of data-led services to our growing client base of large employers.
Experience required:
1. Experience delivering market research survey projects as well as other online research. (Statistical manipulation is not required but the ability to interpret results in a commercial context is essential)
2. Proven ability to manage multiple projects to successful conclusions and deadlines.
3. Experience dealing with clients via email, phone, face-to-face meetings and workshops.
4. Understanding of the recruitment industry.
5. High levels of numeracy (tested at interview but quite possibly indicated by a science degree).
6. Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills, together with perfect written English.
Wider digital experience within a work environment (PPC, SEO, Social Media) is needed for this excellent opportunity.
