Introduction
The 16+ Support Team provides comprehensive support to safeguard, promote the welfare and promote the independece of 16-25 year old young people in care and care leavers.
Vacancy detail
You should have experience of direct work with young people in care and care leavers and have a knowledge of the issues faced in preparing young people for adult life and independent living. Opportunities exist for internal progression. Please note that this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and is subject to a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Check. 1x Permanent Contract - Full Time: 37 hours per week.
