New Business Development Executive
This is a dynamic new business and sales role combining lots of cold calling, with long-term relationship building and networking to win business for onechocolate’s b2b technology and sustainability team. You will be working on ACT and LinkedIn to develop new business opportunities. The role covers:
- To be able to develop relationships with prospects
- Combine plenty of cold calling on the telephone (to start the leads) with developing long-term relationships with prospects
- Careful tailored targeting of prospects on the ACT database, focusing in on our key market sectors in technology (mobile, security, cloud, big data, financialIT, sustainability)
- Work to have a good knowledge of our target markets
- Identify and attending the key industry shows
- Manage and run the new business database (ACT), working with LinkedIn to develop contacts
- Manage and own our marketing collaterals, developing our credentials, sales letters, case studies etc
The successful candidate will:
- Have solid sales experience - in similar environment will be a major benefit
- Be able to identify and target key opportunities
- Have a good understanding of how to target b2b technology brands both big and small
- Have an eagerness and enthusiasm to sell over the phone
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be self motivated and have the ability to work on own initiative
- Enjoy working in a small, dynamic team
- Be passionate and enthusiastic
- Be honest and down to earth

Remuneration:
- £24-28k, bonus scheme; OTE £28-32k
- Stakeholder pension scheme (after 3 months)
- Non-contributory health care scheme (after 3 months)
