Global Programme Quality Advisor

Oxfam GB is seeking an experienced Programme Quality Advisor for the following post based at headquarters.
For this post we are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of all aspects of programme quality, and a good working knowledge of how a programme information system can support programme quality. Working in the International Division's Programme Performance and Accountability team, you would provide specialist advice and coherent support to influence the quality of Oxfam GB’s programmes. The work includes providing clear guidance on Oxfam GB's approach to programme and project cycle management; supporting capacity building processes in regions on the design, delivery and evaluation of programmes and projects; and maximising the potential of OPAL (Oxfam GB’s programme management information system) to support programme quality, both in terms of ways of working and the business rules it supports.
