Oxfam are recruiting for a Training and Instructional Designer on behalf of an ECHO funded, INGO consortium running until December 2014. The PARCEL project is an exciting opportunity for you to shape and drive capacity enhancement of local partner NGOs in some of the world’s most vulnerable countries, so that they are better equipped to handle the next emergency.
We are looking for a highly motivated, driven individual who can deliver in a fast paced project. If you are an energetic team player and excellent communicator, we are waiting to hear from you!
Are you qualified and experienced in training and instructional design? Do you have ideas on how to design training products for use in diverse and challenging environments? The Training and Instructional Designer is responsible for the design, development, pilot testing, and evaluation of learning materials in the PARCEL project. You will have direct responsibility for ensuring high quality, high impact learning materials for the project. Your existing experience and professional network in Instructional Design will drive the project outcomes towards delivering sustainable capacity change.
