Job Description
The Role
To aid the Sales Directors in delivering new business income by providing first-class support in preparing application packs, conducting due diligence and collating all relevant information.
Key Accountabilities
- Compiling the Account opening pack, collating the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and managing the application to hand over to Operational Support for boarding.
- Application query management involving Internal and External liaison.
- Pre meeting research and post meeting co-ordination.
- Prepare intelligent cost models and tender assistance.
- Customer interaction where appropriate.
- Customer Due Diligence - building knowledge and training Sales Directors.
- Team co-ordination for CDD, Operational and compliance communications.
- Main point of contact, representing Acquisition Sales in Gatesheadand for all Operational and Compliance tasks.
- Specific admin duties to include only the following: Support for Head of Acquisition Sales, blackberry/laptop support, IProcurement purchases, Induction set up for new Acquisition Sales directors.
Skills & Experience
- This role requires an individual capable of multi-tasking, dealing with various emails, calls and correspondence and the ability to push back where necessary.
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads.
- An understanding of financial performance and the ability to source, manipulate and analyse data.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships with external clients as well as varying aspects of the business eg Legal, Compliance, Operational and Technical teams.
- Strong office based skills.
- Ability to interpret and simplify complex information/issues.
