Job Description
Company expansion has made way for a Sales Engineer to join an exciting Cambridge based start-up. Established since 2008 it has recently doubled its office size and a now recruiting a number of roles to fill the space and help push business forward. This is an extremely high tech company that has no competitors in the UK, only abroad opposition who trail in their pursuit. The product line is high-tech sensor technology used in consumer and medical devices so experience around this type of technology is vital for to fulfil the role to its full potential.
The Role
As the successful Sales Engineer you focus on the development and sales for the companies core product line and achieve and ideally surpass targets set about by the Vice President who will also be the person you report to. You'll be the go to person for pre and post technical support to customers and first line support to global representatives. You'll take website ownership and produce maintenance and technical documentation and assist with trade shows along with the VP and BDM of the company.

As the triumphant Sales Engineer you'll have passed success is a technical sales role with a semiconductor or sensor company. You'll be confident working with clients across the globe and be able to open and close deals to help as well as build long lasting relationships.
Technical skills
*Sales Experience in a Technical/Sensor/Semi-conductor role
*Passed success in closing deals on a global level
*Ability to sell components in the technical filed (Medical/Consumer electronics)
