Main Purpose of the Role
The primary function of the Business Analyst (BA) is to support the ongoing work of the Project Management team. In addition, the BA will also be actively involved in the configuration of client databases and, in the longer term, will play an integral role in delivering projects on time and on budget.
The successful applicant will be comfortable in client-facing situations, but also be driven and self-reliant with the more technical aspects of the role.
Note: Occasional international travel will be required.
Key Responsibilities
·         Liaise with the project management team and technology resources to deliver client requirements
·         Data mapping of key corporate information, such as Appointments, Shareholders Company hierarchy etc.
·         Lead the creation, verification, and customer sign-off of mapping documents
·         Document the results of analysis using the appropriate templates and tools
·         Support the Project Manager in scheduling and monitoring progress of the technical team
·         Perform testing of migrated data for mapping compliance and issue resolution
·         Participate in strategy, planning and / or product development sessions as needed
·         Assist in the testing of new software releases as needed
·         Perform the project management role for projects of low-to-medium complexity, defining the scope and managing the timelines and goals of the project

·         Clearly elicit, analyse, document, and manage a project's requirements
·         Interface effectively with client technical resources and end-users
·         Research and understand existing business processes and database application structure
·         Work both independently and cooperatively to define and develop effective solutions for complex business processes
·         The ability to work in fast-paced technical environment and to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
·         Have a meticulous approach and strong attention to detail and problem-solving expertise
·         Possess excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
·         Detailed understanding and experience with MS Office applications
·         Awareness of testing procedures and scenarios
Desirable Skills, Experience and Competencies
·         Experience in understanding SQL scripting
·         Knowledge of corporate governance issues
·         Multi-lingual in a European language, especially German
·         University degree in a technical discipline with related experience; or several years' related experience.
