Save the Children UK’s Campaigns Department provides strategic leadership on national and international campaigning, working both in the UK and with country programmes around the world to deliver effective and high impact campaigns.
The purpose of the Senior Campaign Adviser is to develop and deliver innovative campaigning projects that support Save the Children’s strategic campaigning objectives and to provide campaigning and advocacy guidance and support for Save the Children programme staff.
Key responsibilities:
·             To make a significant contribution to the development and delivery of Save the Children’s humanitarian campaigning strategies
·             To advise and support the planning and delivery of national campaign and advocacy strategies in key countries, as well as global campaigns
·             To support Save the Children countries and members to develop strong civil society engagement and the building of social movements for change at national level

About you:
You will have experience of developing campaign strategies, with the knowledge and understanding of a range of campaign tactics, and a track record of success.  You will also need proven project management skills and have ability to plan work and meet deadlines. 
You will have good understanding of external environment including in the countries in which we work and knowledge of working with civil society actors to deliver change and ability to effectively manage and work within networks and coalitions.
Please note this role will require the post holder to travel to countries outside of the UK.

We have currently got an opening for a Member Accountant to be based in our offices in Central London.
The Member Growth team is the team responsible for providing support to members for the delivery of Save the Children’s member growth strategy. The business management team is one of three sub-teams within the member growth team, and is responsible for managing the member growth fund, market and business intelligence and delivery of strategic projects to implement the member growth strategy. The member accountants are responsible for the day to day financial management of the member growth fund.
To be successful in this role you are fully qualified ACA or CIMA or equivalent and you have experience of performance monitoring and reporting. You have got experience of producing complex financial modelling and analysis and relevant work experience in a not-for-profit organisation or grant-making organisation, or willingness to learn. In addition you need to have excellent financial and analytical skills and an excellent understanding of financial systems and procedures.
