About the role
In this new role, you’ll support the Governance Programme with the ongoing process of governance reform and work on several specific projects to strengthen the international board at Amnesty International. This post will help to ensure that the Programme delivers on its purpose to implement and coordinate processes and systems to enhance its overall effectiveness.
About you
You will have knowledge of governance and have a firm understanding of best practice in relation to leadership. Experience of working with voluntary boards and committee members would be advantageous and you must be confident in working with people in cross-cultural teams. You will have high level research and analytical skills with experience of capacity building and exposure to training. You will be highly organised and have demonstrable prioritisation and time management skills.
