Job Description Roles and Responsibilities
As a Manager within C&CM you will be responsible for providing leadership, developing and designing client solutions, coaching and development of team members and running non-client initiatives of the firm (e.g. training, risk management, etc).

The areas in which the Customer and Growth team advise clients include:
- Customer strategy and process design

- Customer Insight

- CRM Strategy

- Customer Service

- Lean Operations

- Customer Journey mapping

- Propositions and Pricing

- Digital Channel Excellence

- Customer Acquisition

- Customer Experience Design

- Customer Measurement (VoC)

- Sales and service strategy

- Sales force effectiveness

- Customer migration strategies

- Multichannel strategy

- Digital Transformation

- Organizational Design

- Regulatory compliant salesFurthermore you will develop client relationships to enhance the reputation of KPMG as advisor of choice and further identify client opportunities in the Customer and Channel space.

Qualifications and Skills
- General & Core Consulting: sector knowledge, programme management, stakeholder management, team management,

- Specialist Experience in a number of Customer and Growth activities from: Customer strategy implementation, Customer Experience Design, CRM Strategy, Customer Insights & Analytics, Propositions and Pricing, Customer Process Design, Channel Strategy, Customer Acquisition, Design of Front office / Customer Channel / Customer Service Target Operating Models (TOM), Digital Marketing, Social Media, SaaS, Ecommerce and Web Platforms.Experience and Background



- Experience advising clients in Customer & Grwoth Management within the Power, Utilities or Telecommunication sectors within the areas detailed above

- Comfortable supporting business development initiatives including bid, proposal and contract/commercial negotiation

- Big 5 or equivalent management consulting experience is a must.

- A track record of delivering high quality Customer & Growth projects with a focus on delivering measurable business improvements.

- Effectiveness in tackling complex assignments, balancing competing priorities and managing multiple stakeholders

- Personal networks across the Power, Utilities and Telecommunications sectors and the skills to create new business development opportunities within the market advantageous.
