Main Purpose of the Role
Support the sales team in all
administrative tasks.
Help maximise revenue for
Internal Relationship Management Team.
Build effective internal working
relationships with key stakeholders to deliver service excellence to our
clients.

Key
Responsibilities
- All associated administration within the Sales Team.
- Build and continually develop productive working relationships with line manager "SRM" and team members, including the sharing of best practice to maximise results.
- Utilise MI to initiate effective awareness campaigns.
- Updating of spreadsheets and company integrated system (H-Trak) reflecting daily activities.
- Compile client facing service agreements and record, store and send to appropriate stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of the internal processes to initiate effective client responses.
- Ensure the highest standards of service are consistently delivered by liaising with operational teams and RMs.
- Own and drive personal training, career and self development, ensuring Successfactors are up to date and remain relevant.
- To be aware of and adhere to all CVS employee policies.
Essential
Skills, Experience and Competencies
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
- Good computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Strong command of both written and verbal English.
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Highly organised with a methodical approach and an eye for detail.
- Experience with business to business contact.
